From the area of production of Grana Padano and Parmigiano Reggiano, this wonderful cheese is made in that very style, using the same quality Cow Milk and also Water Buffalo Milk from local Bufala farms. Great as an ingredient, exceptional on a cheese plate, excellent when shredded on favorite pasta dish, paired with fresh fruit - apples, pears, etc., shaved/shredded on summer salad greens or fresh tomatoes.
